Effect of Protected Environments on the Postharvest Quality of Strawberry (Fragaria X Ananassa) Produced in the Tropical Mountain Areas

A comparative evaluation of the postharvest quality of the strawberry fruit (Fragaria x ananassa) obtained from the Monterrey and Albión varieties were made, under a production system in a protected environment. Measurements of T and RH were made within the high tunnel, which were compared with data from the exterior registered in the Tibaitatá weather station.
